After deciding your product niche, your next step would be finding the top suppliers in that niche.
Let’s simplify the process in bullet points:
- First of all, you create a storefront using Shopify

- You (the seller) find a supplier that ships directly to your customers.
- After that, copy the product’s images that showcase its features along with a good description.
- You set your own prices. If the product is for $5, you can list it for $10 for example.
- A customer comes in, surf your site, like a product and place an order (Pay you money).
- The seller (which is again you) receives an order containing their information (name, email, phone, etc…)

You need to know that the same multiplier markup doesn’t work for all products. If for example, you’re selling a hoodie that costs $30 from the supplier, it wouldn’t make sense to mark it up by 5 times since the total price would e $150!

You should be reviewing the supplier’s policies for what’s related to shipping costs. Shipping costs vary depending on the product weight, size, shipping method and the country that the product’s shipped to.
